Product Design Lead | Healthtech, Service Design, and Research Strategy
At ND Axon, I lead the product design of the UK’s first passive neurodiversity diagnostics tool: an AI and machine learning platform that helps clinicians identify neurodivergent traits earlier and more accurately.
As both Product Manager and Design Lead, I shape the product vision, define clinical pathways, and translate complex data and research into a clear, ethical, and human-centred diagnostic experience. My work spans product strategy, UX, and service design; ensuring the technology integrates seamlessly into real clinical settings and helps reduce pressure on NHS diagnostic services.
Before ND Axon, I delivered service design and UX projects across government, healthcare, and corporate sectors — from redesigning how study leave is delivered for doctors across NHS England, to conducting trauma-informed user research and design in healthcare settings, and leading service design and UX initiatives in complex private-sector organisations.
I’ve also developed design systems, web analytics frameworks, and collaborative processes that help teams deliver accessible, evidence-led digital products. Across all my work, I focus on turning insight into clarity and designing systems that create tangible, meaningful impact for people and public services.
