Introduction

I’m a digital product specialist with over 20 years of experience in UX/UI design, service design user research and web analytics.

I started out working in arts development in Western Australia; creating exhibition media, managing websites, social media and technology infrastructure. I followed the web design and project management thread through the higher education sector, medical regulation, e-commerce and legal tech.

I’m now based in Manchester, UK working as a user-centred design consultant across a broad range of private and public-sector clients.
